Rufus Harley, the jazz bag pipe player, composer and ambassador of freedom ! Rufus was featured on The Roots & Laurie Anderson L.P.'s in the 80's & 90's along with his solo recordings on Atlantic Records in the 60's produced by Joel Dorn.
